Here are a few items from the R&K Klickfix range as well as a Klickfix compatible 'Luggage Truss' made by Dahon to fit their hub-geared models, such as the Curve and the Mu, that carry a 'socket' (a welded lug on the head tube).

Rixen and Kaul also produce a luggage mount to fit bicycles with a compatible head tube fitting.

My design for the Brompton luggage system in 2006 - adding connectors that carry battery power from the bag to the bicycle - has proved very attractive, and so I have developed a similar system for the Klickfix system. The Brompton system is available through the Electric Wheel Company (www.electricwheel.co.uk)

I have designed a similar 'powerlock' system for the Klickfix. The conductors are fitted to each of the shoulders and include a rubber insert behind each conductor to press firmly onto the conductors fitted to the bag.

In this way a current of ~20-30Amps can be carried from the luggage, where the battery is carried, to the bicycle motor system.
